Answers about our shoes, your order and personal service from FEURING.

What is FEURING?

FEURING is a men’s footwear brand based in Lachen SZ, Switzerland, founded by Yannick Feuring. Its collection consists of Goodyear-welted calf leather shoes, made to order by a specialist production partner in Spain. FEURING selects the designs and personally checks each pair in Switzerland before onward delivery.

Are FEURING shoes Swiss-made?

No. FEURING is based in Switzerland, but its shoes are made in Spain. Personal inspection and onward delivery take place in Switzerland. Swiss quality checks do not mean Swiss manufacture.

Are FEURING shoes bespoke or made to measure?

No. FEURING shoes are made to order in standard sizes and the selected fit. Made to order describes when production starts; it does not mean that an individual last is made to your foot measurements.

What does a pair of FEURING shoes cost?

The listed price is CHF 450 per pair, including delivery within Switzerland and import handling and costs. A matching belt (CHF 120) and shoe trees (CHF 45) are optional and priced separately. Shoe trees shown in photographs are not included in the shoe price.

Can I order now?

Orders are open. The size selector on the individual product page shows the sizes and fits currently available to order.

Where does FEURING deliver, and how long does it take?

FEURING currently serves Switzerland only. Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks. The estimate applies after ordering. This includes production in Spain, transport and import into Switzerland, personal inspection by FEURING and onward delivery. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; delays will be communicated personally.

Does made-to-order production exclude returns?

No. FEURING offers voluntary returns for its standard models: register a return within 14 calendar days of receipt. Careful indoor fitting on a clean, soft surface is allowed; otherwise items must be unworn, clean, undamaged and complete. Customers pay return shipping for voluntary returns. The full returns policy applies; rights relating to defects are not restricted by this voluntary window.

What is the difference between Standard and Wide?

Standard and Wide are two fit options, not different lengths at the same EU size. Compare both foot length and ball circumference with the supplier reference chart. Instep, foot shape and the individual model also affect fit; the chart does not guarantee a particular fit.

What does Goodyear-welted construction mean?

A separate welt connects the shoe’s upper assembly and outsole. A specialist can replace the outsole when the welt and overall condition allow it. This does not promise unlimited durability; fit, workmanship, use and care remain important.

Are all FEURING models patinated?

The hand-painted brown patina is exclusive to the Oxford. The Chelsea is made from smooth dark brown leather with a burnished finish and black elastic side panels.

Are the shoes handcrafted?

Yes. Our shoes are handcrafted to order in Spain. Both styles use Goodyear-welted construction, and the Oxford has a hand-painted brown patina. Handcrafted does not mean that no machinery is used in production.

Can I order half sizes?

Full EU sizes can be ordered directly online. Half sizes are available made to order only after a personal sizing consultation, not directly through the online checkout. Email info@feuringshoes.com with your preferred model, the length and ball circumference of both feet, and the brand and size of shoes that fit you well. An enquiry is not an order.

Who can help with sizing or an order?

Yannick Feuring is the founder and your contact at FEURING. Email info@feuringshoes.com. For sizing advice, send the length and ball circumference of both feet and your preferred model.

What defines the quality of FEURING shoes?

Both models combine calf leather with Goodyear-welted construction and handwork in Spain. The Oxford has a hand-painted patina; the Chelsea uses smooth dark brown calf leather. Every pair is personally checked by Yannick Feuring in Switzerland before delivery. Leather, construction, fit and care all contribute to how a shoe wears over time.
