ORIGINS & APPROACH
The story behind FEURING.

I’m Yannick Feuring. My grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather were shoemakers. As a child, I watched customers being measured and shoes being made. That is where my interest in footwear began.
My grandfather and great-grandfather worked primarily in orthopaedic shoemaking, with an extensive collection of their own lasts. Other members of my family also worked in footwear distribution.
With FEURING, I combine classic shoe shapes with the leathers, colours and details I value. Both styles are made from calf leather and share a dark red sole. A hand-painted patina gives the Oxford its distinctive depth of colour.
A specialist shoemaker in Spain handcrafts each pair for my independent brand after you order, in your chosen size and width. We use established sizes and lasts; these are made-to-order shoes, rather than bespoke footwear.
Before your shoes reach you, they pass through my hands in Switzerland. I inspect each pair and arrange delivery to you. I also take care of import clearance; delivery within Switzerland and import costs are included in the price.
If you have questions about a model, sizing or your order, you can reach me at info@feuringshoes.com.
