Terms and conditions

1 Scope and seller

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through feuringshoes.com for delivery to Switzerland. The seller is Yannick Feuring - FEURING, St. Gallerstrasse 22, 8853 Lachen SZ, trading under the FEURING brand. Contact: info@feuringshoes.com. Sales to other countries require a separate review before being enabled.

2 Products and production

FEURING offers selected shoes and optional matching belts and shoe trees. New shoes are made after ordering by a specialist partner in Spain, sent to FEURING in Switzerland for personal inspection and then dispatched to the customer. FEURING remains your contracting party and contact.

Making a standard style to order does not make it a bespoke, made-to-measure shoe. The product description and the selection confirmed in checkout determine its agreed characteristics. Leather is a natural material and minor natural differences in texture or colour may occur. Photography and screens may display colours differently. These observations do not permit deviations from promised characteristics or exclude claims for defects.

3 Size and fit

Select an available EU size and, where offered, Standard or Wide. Size charts and advice provide guidance rather than a guarantee of individual fit. Whole sizes can be ordered online. Half sizes require personal consultation before ordering. Check your complete selection before the binding order step. Shoe trees are included only when expressly purchased or described as included.

4 Ordering and formation of the contract

Product listings invite you to place an order. Choose the style, size, width where applicable and accessories, and review or change them in the bag. Enter your delivery and payment details in checkout. Before the final order step, you can correct entries and review the total. Only the expressly payment-obligating final checkout action is binding; earlier “Buy now” and “Check out” buttons take you to the next step.

The final step submits your binding offer. We promptly acknowledge receipt by email. The contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance. An automated order confirmation is also acceptance if it expressly says that your order has been accepted. A receipt-only acknowledgement is not acceptance. If FEURING cannot accept an order, we inform you promptly and refund any amounts already collected.

You can read and save the applicable terms before purchasing. The confirmation contains the essential order details. Agreeing to these terms is not consent to advertising or non-essential tracking.

5 Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs. The displayed total includes all applicable mandatory charges. Regular new shoe styles currently cost CHF 450 per pair, including delivery within Switzerland and all import costs. FEURING pays import duties and customs clearance fees; these are not charged to you later.

Optional accessories are shown separately before purchase: currently CHF 120 for a matching belt and CHF 45 for shoe trees. Archive prices and included items are stated in the individual listing. The total shown before completion is binding. Discounts follow the conditions stated when issued and do not change statutory rights.

You may use the payment methods actually offered at checkout. Payment is handled by the provider identified there. Production begins after acceptance and successful payment processing. We do not charge mandatory fees that were not disclosed before purchase.

6 Delivery and delays

Regular estimated total delivery for new shoes is 2–3 weeks, including production, import, personal quality control and delivery to your Swiss address. A different estimate expressly displayed before ordering, for example during a production break, forms part of the agreed delivery information. Longer estimates must be visible before the binding order step.

Delivery times are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly promised. We personally inform you of known delays and give an updated estimate. Statutory rights relating to delay remain unaffected; this clause does not allow an unlimited extension. Tracking details are sent after FEURING dispatches your pair. Ready-to-ship Archive pairs follow the delivery estimate stated in their listing.

We bear the risk of loss or damage during transport arranged by us until handover to you or your authorised recipient. Please tell us about visible shipping damage. Your claim does not depend on obtaining a carrier’s acknowledgement at the time of receipt.

7 Voluntary returns

FEURING offers voluntary returns for standard styles and Archive pairs under the separate returns policy. Register a return within 14 days of receipt. You pay return shipping for a voluntary return. Making a standard style to order does not itself exclude returns. Claims for defects and mandatory withdrawal rights are not restricted by the voluntary policy.

Careful indoor fitting is permitted. Beyond this, items must be unworn, clean, undamaged and complete; signs of use beyond careful fitting are excluded from voluntary returns. Archive pairs are assessed against the condition described at purchase. See the returns policy for details.

8 Defects and warranty rights

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or contrary to promised characteristics, contact info@feuringshoes.com with your order number and a description; photographs can assist. Notify us promptly of discovered defects and observe statutory inspection and notification obligations. These cases are handled separately from voluntary returns.

Warranty claims follow the Swiss Code of Obligations. These terms do not shorten the two-year limitation period for defect claims from delivery, including Archive pairs. Existing wear expressly described and agreed in an Archive purchase is not, in itself, a newly occurring defect. Undisclosed defects and promised characteristics remain covered.

Statutory claims are not automatically limited to a voucher. Repairs or replacements are agreed with you while respecting your rights. FEURING pays necessary return shipping in justified defect cases. Normal wear and damage from improper treatment are not, by themselves, original product defects. Any additional manufacturer’s guarantee applies only if expressly stated.

9 Archive

Each Archive listing concerns a specific pair. Its size, condition, photographs, price and stated accessories determine what is offered. Used pairs are not sold as new. A condition grade describes the listing and does not exclude warranty claims generally. Wear already disclosed at purchase is not later treated as depreciation caused by you when assessing a voluntary return.

10 Privacy and liability

Our privacy notice explains how FEURING processes personal data. Liability is governed by law; these terms do not provide a general release of FEURING from liability.

11 Applicable law and disputes

Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. Mandatory places of jurisdiction remain available; consumers are not bound to an exclusive court at FEURING’s location. Please first contact info@feuringshoes.com about a disagreement so we can look for a solution.

12 Version and language

The version provided before completion applies to your order. Changes apply to future orders. The German and English versions provide the same information; no language provision restricts mandatory rights. Updated: 6 October 2026.
